Here are a couple of things that I believe in when writing headlines: 1) Don't use negatives, "Has you downline failed you?"or "if nothing is working for you, give this a try". 2) Ask a question,"Do you qualify for this exclusive, residual income?" 3) As a MLM'r, "residual income", "success guaranteed" and "passive income" are the keywords that trigger my interest. 4) Stay away from common, over used catch phrases, like "$10 million dollars a month possible", "fire your boss", etc. In reference to number one, you want a person with a positive attitude to view your opportunity. In reference to number two. you are playing on a person's curiosity, they think they probably qualify, but really want to be sure. Number 3 speaks for itself, and number 4...well, you just don't want to turn people off, they have heard all this before, over and over again. What's the chances of earning that kind of money for the average guy, and for the above average guy for that matter? Barry Thank you for the headline keyword tips. Head lines and ad copy are toughies. Yea I'm not a fan of free. After watching my mentor for years before jumping into the game for myself I saw as a spectator the crowd that drew, no thank you. Personally I like headlines that are a little zanie. I like to specialize in 80's references myself, but really that's just how I like to have fun with it. Anyway thanks for the great post.
